Town of Owego Road, Culvert and Bridge Closing
(As of February 9, 2026)
- Cafferty Lane is on a weight restriction of 12 Ton, the road has been signed and restricted to one lane.
- Culvert at 2436 Foster Valley Road- Down to one lane.
- Culvert at 157 Holmes Road- One lane limitation (No Commercial Traffic).
- Culvert at 1486 Lisle Rd.- Has bump in roadway.
- Several bridges in the Town have had load rating lowered by NYS please take note of signage.
- Degroat Rd. One lane over culvert.
