IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT OUT OF STATE OR GENERIC PLANS, PLEASE CONTACT THIS OFFICE PRIOR TO PURCHASE
ALL BUILDING PERMITS REQUIRE:
- Name, address and contact information(phone no. & email) of property owner and contractor
- Cost of project
- Workers Comp or CE-200 and Liability insurances of the contractor, naming Town of Owego as Certificate Holder
- Plot plan, showing distances from proposed construction to all property lines
- Stamped plans from a NYS Licensed Engineer or NYS Licensed Architect
- Property Survey
- Legal Proof of Ownership of Property
- Floodplain Development Permit
