2020 Rates for Districts 1,2,3,4 & 5
Billing is every four (4) months; bills are due the last day of the month that they are sent out (refer to billing dates to the right)
Water: $36.50 first 6000 gallons. $5.94/1000 after 6000 Gallons. $6.00 recurring fee per billing cycle. $40.45 capital charge per billing cycle.
Sewer: $45.50 first 6000 gallons. $6.65/1000 after 6000 gallons. $35.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
Note: For residents who have their own well but are hooked to the sanitary sewer system, the rate is a flat charge of $138.60 plus the $35.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
2020 Rates for District 7
Billing is every three (3) months and bills are dues the last day of the month that they are sent out (refer to billing dates to the right).
Water: $3.50 per 1000 gallons, less than 8000 gallons per day, $3.00 per 1000 gallons, greater than 8000 gallons per day, $3.00 billing fee. $15.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
Sewer: $22.00 per 1000 gallons, $30.00 capital charges per billing cycle
Note: For customers using less than 17,600 gallons per billing cycle, the rate is a flat charge of $313.92 plus the $30.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
2022 Rates for District 1,2,3,4 and 5
Water : $37.23 for the first 6,000 and $6.06 /1,000 after the 6,000 gallons. $6.00 rec recurring fee per billing cycle and $40.45 capital charge per billing cycle.
Sewer: $46.61 for first 6000 and $6.89 / 1,000 after the 6,000 gallons. $35.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
Note: For residents who have their own well but are hooked to the sanitary sewer system, the rate is a flat charge of $142.09 plus the $35.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
2022 Rates for District 7
Water: $3.75 per 1,000 gallons, less than 8,000 gallons per day, $3.25 per 1,000 gallons, greater than 8,000 gallons per day, $5.00 billing fee. $25.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
Sewer: $23.00 per 1,000 gallons, $30.00 capital charges per billing cycle.
Note: for customers using less than 17,600 gallons per billing cycle, the rate is a flat charge of $325.50 plus $30.00 capital charge per billing cycle.
