Donald Castellucci, Jr.

Don has been an Owego Town Board member since 1996 serving the last 6 years as Town Supervisor.  He received his A.A.S in Accounting in 1991 from Broome Community College. He has worked for Broome County DSS, NYS Insurance Fund and the American Red Cross Blood Services Division.  He is active in the community with the Apalachin Lions, Tompkins-Tioga Catholic Charities and several other community organizations. Don is on the Executive Board of the NYS Association of Towns, a member of BMTS (Binghamton Metropolitan Transportation Study) and is Chairman of the Tioga County Council of Governments.

Dean has been on the Town Board since 2006. He currently serves as the Chair of the Planning & Zoning and Parks Committees. He is also a member of the Water & Sewer Committee and is the Town of Owego Deputy Supervisor.
